1. The company registered a growth in all parameters as compared to last year.

  2. Opening profit rose from Rs.27.60 crores (2006-07) to Rs.40.69 crores.

  3. Profit after tax rose from Rs.13.17 crores to Rs.28.38 crores.

  4. Company has achieved turnover of Rs.6478.69 crores as against Rs.4675.81 crores last year. Hence registering a growth of Rs.1802.88 crores.

  5. Prepayment outstanding were Rs.1908 crores against Rs.1220 crores last year.

  6. Average asset level has gone up to Rs.1296.90 crores from previous level of Rs.967.14 crores.

  7. Company has added 64 new accounts with aggregate limit of Rs.448.48 crores in core factoring during the year 2007-08.

  8. Company has declared a dividend at the rate of 16% as against 12% last year.
